• •Resident minor under 6 years of age with psychomotor, cognitive, or communicative developmental disorders or at risk of developing them

2. 2Access the competent authority: Consejería de Derechos Sociales y Bienestar / Red del SESPA.
3. 3Submit the application by filling out the official form (online or in person).
4. 4Key tip for this step: Referrals are prioritized from neuropediatric units at HUCA (Oviedo) or Cabueñes (Gijón). Keep close track of filing deadlines.

Required documents

• •Official clinical reports (Neuropediatrics / Psychiatry from the public health service).
• •Family Record Book (Libro de Familia) or birth certificate of the minor.
