European Parking Card for Persons with Reduced Mobility

Personal, non-transferable card that allows free parking without time limits in regulated zones and reserved spaces, valid throughout Spain and recognized across the European Union.

Requirements

• •Recognized disability ≥33% with a specific assessment of reduced mobility, as it is not always automatically assigned with the disability degree

Steps to follow

1. 1Check your child's disability certificate to verify whether it explicitly includes a reduced mobility assessment.
2. 2If not listed, request this specific evaluation at your autonomous community's Centro de Valoración y Orientación de la Discapacidad.
3. 3Submit the parking card application to the regional Consejería de Asuntos Sociales, attaching the certificate confirming reduced mobility.
4. 4Collect the physical card and display it clearly on the dashboard when parking in reserved spaces or regulated zones.
