Additional increase of up to €2,208/year on top of the base benefit per dependent child with a disability equal to or greater than 65%.
Requirements
- •Recognized disability degree ≥65%
- •Report certifying the need for third-party assistance for essential daily activities
Steps to follow
- 1Verify that your child's disability certificate indicates a degree equal to or greater than 65% and includes the third-party assistance assessment.
- 2If not stated, request a review of the certificate at your autonomous community's Centro de Valoración so this point can be assessed.
- 3Request the supplement alongside the dependent child benefit via the Seguridad Social online portal (Sede Electrónica).
- 4Attach the third-party assistance report and await the INSS determination.
